ordering

To order a book, please find the book's page via books in print and use the Add to Cart button. Please note that payments are taken via PayPal (you do not need a Paypal account), and the PayPal merchant name is "J Green". However, card payments will appear on your statement as "Artery Publications".

Delivery

Artery Publications will normally ship orders within 3 working days (subject to availability). Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class. Delivery times within the UK are therefore normally 2-6 working days, but may be up to two weeks or more internationally, especially to non-EU destinations.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 UK consumers have the right to cancel orders placed over the internet within 14 working days of receiving the goods, with a full refund including delivery to the consumer. To cancel an order, contact Artery Publications at sales@arterypublications.co.uk to obtain a Return Number. Please note that goods must be returned at the consumer's expense and that the consumer has a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Please note that these cancellation rights do not apply if you are ordering from outside the UK.


Damaged, defective, incorrect items

In the event of Artery Publications sending you damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact sales@arterypublications.co.uk to arrange a replacement and the return of the goods in question. In the event of Artery Publications sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the damaged/defective/wrong item to Artery Publications within 30 days, unless agreed otherwise. The cost of return in this case will be met by Artery Publications.
